Working with Henry has taken me to the next level of fitness and endurance in all the sports I participate in and an added bonus of changing my body in areas that needed renovating.  He was also able to  restore flexibility  and strength while working through previous serious injuries and past surgeries. He varied the workouts to maximize the session and challenge me with new exercises every week..  I always looked forward to every session and was impressed with his knowledge and ability to tailor the workouts to my needs.
