Henry is an athlete who has competed across a wide variety of sports throughout his lifetime. He has earned varsity letters in Basketball and Volleyball (All-State 2004) and earned his personal training certificate (NCSF) in 2010. Henry is an avid lifter and has achieved a personal best (1100lb) Bench, Squat, Deadlift combination. In addition to lifting, Henry enjoys physical challenges and in 2015 he cycled across the United States to raise money and awareness for Parkinson’s disease. He and his team raised 40,000 dollars over the 3,400 mile journey.
Continuing education is vitally important to Henry and he has earned several certifications in addition to his personal training license. Currently he holds certificates as a TRX instructor, PWR Parkinson’s Wellness Instructor as well as a certified EMR (Emergency Medical Responder.) Henry has the knowledge and expertise to ensure you reach your athletic and fitness goals and will hold you accountable in a kind yet firm manner. “Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending!”
